可控性回结肠膀胱储尿囊尿液中SIgA的测定及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨可控性回结肠膀胱患者储尿囊尿液中SIgA在预防上尿路感染中的作用。方法采用放射免疫PEG双抗体法,测定10例可控性回结肠膀胱尿液中SIgA的浓度,并与9例正常组进行对照。结果可控性回结肠膀胱储尿囊尿液中SIgA的浓度较正常对照组尿液中的SIgA的浓度高,有统计学意义。结论可控性回结肠膀胱患者储尿囊尿液中具有高浓度的SIgA,对预防上尿路感染有重要的防御功能。Objective: To evaluate the urine SIgA in the continent ileocolonic reservior for the disinfectant effect against the upper urinary tract infection. Methods: Urine SIgA was measured by RIA technique in 9 patients with continent ileocolonic reservoir and in normal controls. Results: Urine concentration of SIgA was significantly higher in the 10 patients than in the normal controls. Conclusions: There is high concentration of urine SIgA in the continent ileocolonic reservoir, which plays important role in the elimination of infection in the upper urinary tract infection.
