经鼻内窥镜筛动脉窦内段的应用解剖研究

摘　　要：目的为筛窦手术中筛动脉定位提供客观资料和数据。方法经鼻内窥镜对15具湿性成人尸头30侧筛窦进行解剖,对筛动脉筛窦段进行观察和测量。结果筛前动脉距鼻小柱和鼻翼交界点的平均距离左侧为(60.1±3.44)mm,55.2～66.3 mm, 右侧为(60.1±3.2)mm,55.3～65.8 mm,个体间最大差距为11.1 mm。筛后动脉与鼻小柱和鼻翼交界点的平均距离左侧为(67.3±3.86)mm,62.2～72.7 mm,右侧为(67.9±3.87)mm,62.6～73.5 mm,个体间最大差距为10.9 mm。结论临床手术中筛动脉的准确定位具有重要意义。Objective:To provide objective data for the location of the ethmoidal artery in ethmoidectomy.Methods:30temporal ethmoidals in15cadavers were dissected endoscopically,the intraethmoidal parts of eth-moidal artery were observed and measured.Results:The median distance between anterior ethmoidal artery and the joint of columella nasi and alae nasi was(60.1±3.44)range(55.2～66.3) mm on the left side and(60.1±3.20)range(55.3～65.8)mm on the right side,interindividual distance was up to11.1mm.That of posterior ethmoidal artery and the joint of columella nasi and alae nasi was(67.3±3.86)range(62.2～72.7) mm on the left side and(67.9±3.87)range(62.6～73.5)mm on the right side,interindividual distance was up to10.9mm.Conclusion:Endoscopic local-ization of the ethmoidal artery is of importance in ethmoidectomy.
