摘  要:本文采用磷酸溶解样品,在不分离基体的情况下,用ICP-AES内标法直接、快速测定YAP激光晶体中单掺或双掺钕、镥、铒、钬、铈的含量;同时研究了溶液的磷酸浓度、基体浓度以及被测双掺稀土元素相互之间的影响。确定了分析的最佳工作条件和选择了欲测稀土元素的相应内标元素。方法回收率98~105%,相对标准偏差±5%以内,对于样品的分析取得满意的结果。An internal standard method by ICP-AES for direct and quick determination of Nd, Lu, Er, Ho and Ce in mono or dual doped laser crystals YAP has heed adopted. The measurment is carried out by using H_3PO_4 to dissolve the sample without the necessity of separating the matrix dopants. The concentration of H_3PO_4 in the solution, the matrix concentration as well as the mutual influence between the dual doped rare earth elements determined are investigated. The optimal analytical condition is ascertained while the corresponding internal standard for the rate earth elements to be determined is selected. It can be seen that satisfactory results have been achieved in the analysis of these samples. The rate of recovery is 98~105% with the relative standard error within ±5%, thus meeting the requirements of the users.
