摘　　要：目的　探讨钛质微型钢板螺钉治疗掌骨骨折的疗效。方法　应用钛质微型钢板、螺钉治疗 2 6例掌骨骨折。结果　所有病例均获得随访 ,骨折均愈合良好 ,无畸形愈合、骨不愈合 ,手功能恢复好。结论　钛质微型钢板螺钉治疗掌骨折固定牢靠、能早期功能锻炼 ,缩小骨愈合时间 ,有利于手功能恢复。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the Titanium minitype plate and screw in the treatment of metacarpus fracture.Methods Twenty-six cases of metacarpus fracture were treated with titanium.minitype plate and screw.Results All cases were healed without fracture delayed union and no-nunion.All patients got a satisfied hand function.Conclusion Titanium miniature plate and screw may offer stable internal fixation for fracture.The patients can do active hand functional exercise early.Titanium minitype plate and screw can shorten the time of fracture union.
