摘　　要：目的　探讨全髋关节置换术治疗成人髋臼发育不良的方法及疗效。方法　对 12例 15髋成人髋臼发育不良患者 ,应用人工全髋关节置换术。结果　随访 11例 13髋 ,平均随访 3.6年 ,采用Harris髋关节评分标准 ,优 6髋 ,良 4髋 ,可 2髋 ,差 1髋。结论　应用人工全髋关节置换术治疗成人发育性髋关节发育不良可取得满意的临床效果。Objective To investigate the therapy and clinical results of treating Developmental Dysplasia Hip(DDH).Methods Total hip replacement was used for DDH in 12 patients (15 hips).Results Eleven patients(13 hips) were followed up for 3.6 years on average. There were 6,3,2,1 hips that obtained excellent, good, fair, and bad result respectively according to Harris standard.Conclusion Total hip replacement for the treatment of DDH in adult,Most of the patients can obtain satisfactory clinical result.
