摘　　要：综合网管系统是保障电力通信网络安全可靠运行,保障电厂生产和调度顺利进行的基础。文章首先分析了综合网管的一般要求,提出了系统实施的几个关键要素,给出了电力通信网综合网管系统的组织体系保障和分阶段实施策略。The integrated network management system is the foundation to ensure the electric power communication network operating reliably and safely,and makes the producing and dispatching process of the electric power plant successfully.The paper analyzes the general requirements of the integrated network management system firstly, then summariges the key factors of the system implementation,finally presents the organization structure and system implementation tactics by stages for the integrated network system implementation in the electric power communication network.
