摘　　要：本文从国内外信息资源建设现状的对比,剖析了我国图书馆电子信息资源建设的现状,阐述了应该通过网络系统环境建设、信息资源数据库的建设、人才队伍建设等几个方面的工作,才能做好高校图书馆电子信息资源建设。并提出了进一步完善电子信息资源服务的具体办法,以及建设中应注意的问题。By comparing the present situations of information resources construction both at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the condition of information resources construction in our libraries and argues that in order to construct the information resources, we should attach great importance to the construction of the network system environment, the information resources database construction, the cultivation of special talents and other aspects. Accordingly, the paper presents some methods in improving information resources service and some precautions in doing so.
