摘　　要：Mach-Zehnder干涉原理在光学测量系统中用途广泛。本文介绍了几种利用这一原理构成的光学测量系统,概述了系统工作原理及其应用场合。The principles of Mach-Zehnder interference has been applied widely in optical measuring systems,In this paper,some optical measuring systems constituted by this principle and its application in science-research and industrial production as well as military affairs domain are introducted emphatically.
