摘　　要：建立网络化柑橘生产布局与管理决策咨询系统,加速农业信息港建设,是提高水果生产效益,实现农业种植结构调整的关键.本研究以Internet网络为支撑,综合运用ASP服务器端脚本开发技术、组件式GIS技术、网络GIS技术、多媒体技术和模型构建技术,设计出全国─省级─市县三个层次的网络化柑橘生产布局与管理决策咨询系统,系统包括全国优质柑橘分布图、病虫害与品种、栽培技术、评价预测、市场信息和统计数据等模块,具有柑橘空间分布信息查询、病害辅助诊断、橘园适宜性评价、柑橘产量预测和网络教学等功能,目前正应用于浙江省黄岩区柑橘生产布局与管理,效果良好.To establish a network optimal distribution and management consultation for citrus and promote agricultural information development is a key to increase fruits yield and realize agricultural planting structure adjustment. Based on Internet technology, a network information system for citrus distribution optimization and management consultation at three different scales involving country, province, county levels is designed for multi-purpose using the integrated techniques of ASP, plug-in GIS, webGIS, Multi-media and modeling technique. The system consists of national high-quality citrus distribution map, disease and pest control and citrus varieties, cultivation technology, evaluation and prediction, market information and statistical data. It has many functions such as the spatial query for citrus distribution, disease diagnose, planting suitability evaluation, yield prediction and network training and so on. At present, the system is being applied well in the production and management in Huangyan county of Zhejiang province
