雌二醇对卵巢切除大鼠心钠素合成的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究雌二醇对卵巢切除大鼠心房肌细胞合成心钠素的影响。方法 :采用透射电镜拍照及观察 ,高清晰彩色图像分析系统对照片的心房肌细胞特殊颗粒的体密度、数密度及颗粒平均直径进行数据处理等研究方法。结果 :切除双侧卵巢后 ,大鼠心房特殊颗粒的体密度、数密度明显减少 ,外源性雌二醇的使用可使大鼠心房特殊颗粒体密度、数密度增加 ,且呈量效关系。结论 :雌二醇对大鼠心房肌细胞合成心钠素有促进作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of estradiol to synthesize cardionatrin in ovariotomy rat's heart as a theoretic evidence for clinical practice. METHODS By using transmission electron, image-manipulation system techniques, the volume density, mean diameter of the granules and numerical density of the atrial specific granules were studied. RESULTS The atrial specific granule in the ovariotomy groups were less than those in the sham ovariotomy group and ovariotomy estradiol groups, there was statistically significant difference (P<_0.05); the content of specific grenule in atrial cardiocytes almost came back to the normal level with small dose estradiol, there was no statistically significant difference (P>_0.05) between them, along with the enhancement of estradiol dosage, the proportional volume and numerical density of specific grenule were more than those in sham and small dose estradiol group (P<_0.01).CONCLUSION Estradiol might accelerate the synthesis of cardionatrin in atrial cardiocytes in ovariotomy-rats, with quantity efficiency relation in a way.
