益欣康泰胶囊对冠心病心绞痛的疗效及其对血浆内皮素和一氧化氮水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究益欣康泰胶囊对冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效及其对血浆内皮素 (ET)和一氧化氮 (NO)水平的影响。方法 :选择 10 0例冠心病心绞痛的住院老年患者 ,随机分为两组 ,每组各 5 0例。两组患者均采用常规的口服抗心绞痛药物治疗 ,其中治疗组加用益欣康泰胶囊 1.5 g,tid ,连用 4周。结果 :治疗组 (益欣康泰组 )临床总有效率为 86 % ,心电图总有效率为80 % ,对照组分别为 70 %和 6 0 % ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of yixinkangtai capsule on plasma endothelins(ET) and nitrogen monoxides(NO) in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. METHODS 100 old-age patients had been confirmed with angina pectoris have been randomized divided into two groups (treated group and control group), 50 Patients in each group. Two groups have been treated with ordinary oral anti-angina medicines. The treeted gronp received both ordinary and Yixin Kangtai capsule treatment, _1.5 g,three tines a day for 4 weeks.RESULTS In treated group, the total clinical efficiency was 86%, and the total ECG efficiency was 80%; in the control group they were 70% and 60% respectively. The difference of two groups is significant (P<_0.05).CONCLUSION Yixin Kangtai capsule can improve the clinical symptom and the endothelial function of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
