慢性胃炎中医辨证分型与内镜分类关系初探

摘　　要：对 12 0例符合诊断标准的慢性胃炎患者进行中医辨证分型 ,并进行辨证分型与内镜分类的相关性研究。结果发现 ,脾胃虚弱型以红斑渗出性胃炎为主 ,肝胃不和型以癃起糜烂性胃炎为主 ,胃阴不足型、脾胃湿热型均以萎缩性胃炎为主 ,胃络瘀血型则以出血性胃炎为主。One hundred and twenty cases of chronic gastritis were differentiated in Chinese medical diagnosis and endoscopically examined to study the correlation between syndromes and endoscopic classifications. Results: Chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach asthenia was characterized by erythema effusion; chronic gastritis of liver and stomach disharmony was characterized by eminent erosion; chronic gastritis of stomach-yin deficiency or spleen-stomach dampness-heat was characterized by atrophy; chronic gastritis of stomach blood-stasis was characterized by hemorrhage.
