加味赞育汤治疗男性不育症临床观察

摘　　要：观察温肾活血的加味赞育汤治疗少精症导致男性不育症的疗效。对男性不育症患者 2 0 0例 ,以双盲法设治疗组 15 0例 ,用自拟的加味赞育汤治疗 ,对照组 5 0例以五子衍宗汤治疗 ,2 0天为 1个疗程 ,观察治疗 3个疗程。结果 :治疗组在 3个疗程后 ,精子浓度比对照组明显上升 (P <0 0 1) ;精子活动力指标的改善率治疗组为6 0 % ,对照组为 2 4 % (P <0 0 1) ;治疗组受孕率为 2 8% ,对照组为 10 % (P <0 0 1)。总有效率治疗组为 6 5 % ,对照组为 30 % (P <0 0 1) ;提示加味赞育汤对男性少精症导致不育症有较好疗效。To observe the clinical effects of 'Jiawei Zanyu Decoction' in the treatment of male infertility resulting from oligospermatism, 200 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 150 cases were treated by 'Jiawei Zanyu Decoction' and control group in which 50 cases were treated by 'Wuzi Yanzong Pill', for 3 courses with 20 days in a course. Results: After treatment, sperm concentration increased more remarkably in treatment group than in control group (P<0.01); the improvement rate of sperm motility was 60% in treatment group and 24% in control group, P<0.01; the pregnancy rate was 28% in treatment group and 10% in control group, P<0.01; the total effective rate was 65% in treatment group and 30% in control group, P<0.01. It is demonstrated that 'Jiawei Zanyu Decoction' is quite effective against infertility due to oligospermatism.
