紫外光谱组法鉴别三种不同科属的木通

摘　　要：利用紫外光谱组法对关木通、川木通、木通进行比较鉴别 ,采用四种不同溶剂的三种木通浸出液进行紫外光谱峰位值及吸光系数测试。结果显示 ,三者的四种溶剂浸液的紫外吸收光谱几乎接近 ,而吸光系数有明显差别。该法可用于以上三种木通的鉴别。Ultraviolet line method was adopted to identify Aristolochia manshuriensis kom., Clematis armandii Franch. and Akebia trifoliata koidz. Their peak values and absorption coefficients were detected. Results showed that the absorption spectrums of the three kinds of Mutong were similar, but their absorption coefficients were strikingly different. It is suggested that this method can be used to identify these three kinds of Mutong.
