中医药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的回顾与分析

摘　　要：回顾并分析近年来糖尿病周围神经病变 (DPN)临床与实验研究的文献资料。结果显示 ,气虚血瘀是DPN的主要病机 ,益气活血乃治疗DPN的基本方法 ,黄芪、当归、丹参、生地黄及川芎为使用频率最多的中药 ,中医或中西医结合治疗DPN可明显改善症状 ,增加神经传导速度。This article reviews and analyzes the clinical and experimental materials concerning the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) by Chinese medicine. It is concluded that qi deficiency and blood stasis is the principal pathogenesis, and enriching qi and activating blood is the basic treatment method; Astragalus, Chinese angelica, Rehmannia and Chuanxiong were frequently used; Chinese medicine with possible western medicine can obviously improve clinical symptoms and increase nerve conduction velocity.
