摘  要:本文对用于制备光纤的石英玻璃管的高温软化性能进行了研究。用高温显微镜观察了不同样品的高温变化状态,测定了金属杂质和OH基含量。文中还详细讨论了影响石英玻璃软化性能的因素,提出了改进国产石英玻璃管质量的建议。The high temperature softening property of quartz glass tube used in the field of optical fiber fabrication is studied. The high temperature status of different samples were observed with high temperature microscope. The contents of varied metal impurities and the OH ions were measured respectively. The factors influencing the high temperature softening properties of quartz glass are discussed in detail. The suggestions for improving the quality of China—made quartz glass tubes are proposed.
