摘  要:将正硅酸乙酯与HCl水解,加入HF与发烟二氧化硅的混合物充分地分散,再加NH_4OH溶液将溶胶的pH值调到4.5,溶胶倒入聚四氟模具凝胶,然后干燥成干胶并烧成石英玻璃。制得石英管外径为20mm、壁厚2.5mm、长250mm,从湿胶到石英管的收缩比是50%,干胶不易破裂,成品率达90%。Tetraethoxysilane was hydrolyzed with HCl and mixture of HF with the fumed silica was added and well—dispersed. By adding ammonia solution the pH value of sol was adjusted to 4. 5 and the sol was poured into a polypropylene mold and gelled,then the gel was dried into dry—gel and sintered into silica glass. Large—size silica glass tubes are obtained whose outside diameter is 20 mm,the wall thickness is 2. 5 mm and the length is 250 mm,the ratio of the volumes of wet gel to silica glass is 50%,Dry—gel is not easy to crack. The rate of finished products is about 90%.
