肺内血肿的MRI诊断与分析

摘　　要：目的　评价MRI对肺内血肿的诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析 3例及文献报道肺内血肿的MRI表现。结果　本组 3例 4个肺内血肿及文献报道肺内血肿均为肺内孤立肿块 ,在冠状位常呈水滴状 ,有时可见分叶。T1加权像上表现为明显的高信号 ,边缘信号高 ,中心信号略低 ,为特征性MRI表现。在T2 加权像上表现为不规则高信号 ,边缘有低信号区。结论　MRI对肺内血肿具有独特的诊断优势。Objective To evaluate MRI diagnostic value of the intrapulmonary hematoma.Methods MRI findings of intrapulmonary hematoma of 3 cases and documents reported were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the intrapulmonary hematomas of this group and documents reported revealed solitary masses on MRI.On T 1-Weighted imaging,the masses were hyperintense and had an even higher intensity rim and lower signal in the center.On T 2-Weighted,imaging of the masses were irregular higher signal with some hypointense areas at the peripher.Conclusion MRI have unique advantage in the diagnosis of intrapulmonary hematoma.
