摘　　要：本文介绍了采用气动加压的A512型细纱机的主要特性、气动加压系统的技术特征及其纺纱工艺配置,并且对G5/1型、A512型(弹簧加压)和A512Qy(气动加压)加工的T/JC45~S纱的质量和纺纱性能作了测试比较和分析。从试验结果看出,成纱质量有明显的提高,可为气动加压在国产细纱机上的应用提供参考。The author briefs us the main characteristics of A512 spinning frame on which the pneumatic pressure is used, the technical features of the pneumatic pressure device as well as the spinning disposition; moreover, atesting comparison and an analysis are made on the T/JC45 yarn quality of G5/1, A512(Spring Pressure)andA512 QY pneumatic pressure spinning frames, which shows a distinctive importance in the yarn quality and coudbe refernce for the application of pneumatic pressure on domestic spinning frames.
