摘　　要：目的　探讨适合本市儿童使用的血压偏高评定参考值 ,为高血压的防治提供科学依据。方法　对 9～ 11岁儿童血压进行横断面流行病学调查 ,对比筛选血压偏高的儿童方法的差异。结果　共调查 15 0 8名 9～ 11岁儿童 ,用大于等于年龄性别组第 95 %的百分位数和身高组第 95 %的百分位数两种方法评定儿童偏高血压 ,其发生率分别为 17.0 4 %及 9.5 5 %。结论　按儿童的身高分组计算血压的 95 %位数 ,以≥血压 95Objective To inquire into diagnosis standard of the incidence of high blood pressure and provide scientifical evidence for the prevention of children hypertension.Methods A cluster sampling study on the conditions of the blood pressure level and incidence of relative high blood pressure among students aged 9～11 years was carried out to compare the difference between two diagnosis standard of high blood pressure.Results 1508 children were investigated in all,to determine the high blood pressure with two methods,as a result,children high blood pressure rate was respectively 17.04% and 9.55%.Conclusion The children was divided into groups according to the height.The median of blood pressure was calculated.It is suitable that BP≥95th should be used for diagnosis standard of children hypertension.
