摘  要:目的 观察雌激素对面神经核背内侧区 (dMNF)呼吸神经元的调节作用。方法 选用健康家兔2 0只 ,随机分为雌激素 (17 βestradiol,E2 )药物组和生理盐水对照组。 2 0 %氨基甲酸乙酯半量 (0 .5g kg体重 )静脉麻醉 ,断双侧迷走神经 ,三碘季铵酚制动 ,用人工呼吸维持通气。dMNF区微量注射E2 ,玻璃微电极记录dMNF区吸气神经元的放电频率 ,同时引导膈神经放电。结果 dMNF区微量注射E2 后 ,膈神经放电和dMNF区吸气神经元放电节律明显增加 ,与前对照相比有明显的统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。Objective To observe modulatory effects of of 17-β-estradiol(E 2) on the respiratory neurons discharges in dorsal medical area of nucleus facialis(dMNF).Methods The rabbits were randomly divided into E 2 group and normal saline(NS) group which were urethane anesthetized(0.5g/kg)and bilaterally vagotomized . The paralyzed rabbits were ventilated artificially with a respiratory pump. E 2 was microinjected into dMNF, The inspiratory neuron discharges and phrenic nerve electrical activity were recorded.Results The rhythm of phrenic discharges and inspiratory neuron firing in the dMNF were increased markedly after E 2 was microinjected (P<0.01).Conclusion These results suggest that E 2 can improve inspiratory neuron discharges in the dMNF.
