急性冠脉综合征患者血浆C-RP水平检测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的　观察急性冠脉综合征 (ACS)患者血浆C反应蛋白 (C RP)水平变化并结合冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果探讨其临床意义。方法　测定经CAG证实为CHD患者 (n =5 6 )的血浆C RP浓度且与CAG结果正常组 (n =36 )的血浆浓度相比较 ,分析两组间及CHD组中 (AP ,UAP ,AMI)的C RP浓度 ,冠脉病变程度与相应C RP浓度的关系。结果　C RP浓度在对照组 ,AP ,UAP ,AMI组依次增高分别为 312 3± 2 19,6 172± 5 2 6 ,130 10± 10 98,15 92 7± 10 0 8μg L。CAG为单支、双支、三支病变者 ,其C RP浓度亦依次增高 5 798± 5 2 8,76 84± 719,14 2 10±16 12 μg L。 结论　冠心病 (CHD )患者CObjective To observe the change of C-reactive protein(CR-P) level and combining with coronary angiography ( CAG ) results in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) to explore its clinical value.Methods The plasma CR-P concentrations were tested in 92 cases who underwent coronary angiography (CHD was present in 56 patients and absent in 36 cases as normal control group),and results of the two groups and different numbers of discased coronary vessels in CHD group were analyzed.Results The plasma CR-P concentrations were 3123±219,6172±526,13010±1098,15927±1008μg/L,respectively,for the normal control group and the stable angina group,the unstable angina group,the acute myocardial infarction group.The indices,in the stable angina group,the unstable angina group,and the acute myocardial infarction group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P<0.01),in the CHD group.The plasma CR-P concentrations were 5798±528,7684±719,14210±1612μg/L,respectively,for the 1-vessel-disease group,the 2-vessel-disease group,and the 3-vessel-disease group.The indices of the three groups were significantly higher than those of the normal control group (P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01 respectively).Conclusion The plasma CR-P concentrations were significantly elevated with the severity of the disease and CAG in patients with CHD.
