摘　　要：用法律法规来规范体育工作 ,促进体育事业的发展 ,是依法治国、依法行政的基本内容之一。从理论与实践的结合上阐述了体育管理法制化问题。主要包括体育管理法制化的理论根源、基本要求、社会基础以及体育行政执法等。To standardyze the sport work and promote the development of sport industry by means of law and regulation is one of the essential content to manage stale affairs by law and execute the administrative power makes a systematic exposition on the legal systematization of the sport managemgnt,including the theoretical of the legal systematization of sport management,basic requirements、society basis and the concrete content of the administration of law in sport work.
