煤工尘肺患者血清白细胞介素6及其可溶性受体含量的变化

摘　　要：目的　探讨煤工尘肺患者血清白细胞介素 6(IL 6)和可溶性IL 6受体 (sIL 6R)水平的变化。方法　用酶联免疫吸附试验法 (ELISA法 )检测 14 8例不同期别煤工尘肺患者 [无尘肺 (0 + )→Ⅰ→Ⅱ ]及 40例健康对照者血清的IL 6及sIL 6R水平。结果　对照组、无尘肺 (0 + )组、Ⅰ期尘肺组及Ⅱ期尘肺组人群血清IL 6平均水平分别为 :(7 1± 6 8)、(7 9± 6 8)、(12 6± 11 7)、(2 4 6± 2 1 5)ng/L ,统计学处理差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5)。但煤工尘肺患者血清sIL 6R水平与对照组的差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5)。结论　IL 6介入了煤工尘肺的发生和发展过程 ,血清IL 6检测可能对煤工尘肺的早期诊断。Objective To explore the changes of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and soluble interleukin-6 receptor (sIL-6R) levels in sera of patients with coal workers' pneumoconiosis (CWP). MethodsThe levels of sera IL-6 and sIL-6R in 148 cases o f different stages of CWP (0 +→Ⅰ→Ⅱ) and 40 healthy subjects were measured w ith ELISA. Results The average levels of serum IL-6 in control group, non-pneumoconiosis 0 + gr oup, Ⅰ stage group and Ⅱ stage group were 7 1±6 8, 7 9±6 8, 12 6±11 7 , 24 6±21 5 ng/L , respectively. As compared with the control group, the a verage IL-6 levels in patients with various stages of CWP were significantly hi gher than those of healthy subjects. However, no significant difference was obse rved in sera sIL-6R levels between patients with CWP and the healthy subjects. ConclusionIL-6 appeared to be closely correlated with the occ urrence and development of CWP. Determining the levels of serum IL-6 might be o f certain value to diagnose CWP earlier, to evaluate the effectiveness of treatm ent and to monitor the patients' condition.
