摘 要:为考核铜时效硬化钢在潮湿环境中焊接时的冷裂纹敏感性 ,采用两种小铁研试样 ,气体保护焊方法 ,在人工环境实验室中 ,进行了铜时效硬化钢的焊接延迟裂纹试验研究。结果表明 ,在高温高湿环境中焊接比在 0℃时焊接更容易产生延迟裂纹。在最大绝对湿度环境中 ,采用气体保护焊焊接铜时效硬化钢 ,保持预热或道间温度不小于4 5℃ 。To test the weld cold crack sensitivity of Cu-age-hardening steel in humid ambience, two kinds of specimens with oblique Y-groove and straight Y-groove, respectively, were welded using gas metal arc welding. Weld delayed crack experiment of Cu-age-hardening steel was conducted in artificial environment. The results indicate that welding at high temperature and in high humidity ambience results in higher delayed cracking tendency than welding at 0°C. In the highest humidity ambience the delayed crack of Cu-age-hardening steel could be prevented by preheating or keeping the inter-pass temperature higher than 45°C for gas metal arc welding.
