摘 要:针对搅拌摩擦焊接过程的摩擦加热功率的计算和检测 ,通过一定的简化 ,在试验的基础上 ,运用试验和拟合的方法得到了轻负载功率与转速的关系曲线 ,并将其关系置于MCGS(监视与控制通用系统 )软件中 ,根据搅拌摩擦焊接过程的能量传递关系 ,将可检测的实时轻、重负载功率引入计算过程 ,得到了主电机输入功率与焊机输出扭矩的直接关系。同时 ,采用MCGS监控软件实现了搅拌摩擦焊接过程功率、扭矩、转速等参数的实时检测及计算 ,使得搅拌摩擦焊接过程的功率检测及计算同步进行。This paper was objected to the calculating and measuring of the heating power during friction stir welding. Through certain simplification, using the methods of experiment and curve-fitting, the relation of light-load to rotation speed was obtained and the relation was put in the Monitor and Control Generated System. According to the relationship of the energy transfer during friction stir welding, introducing measured light and heavy load power to calculation, the direct relation between input power and output torque of main motor was obtained. Meanwhile, the software, MCGS, has multi-function not only in measuring and calculating the parameters namely power, torque and rotation speed, but also in real-time controlling welding process.
