摘  要:采用柠檬酸sol-gel工艺制备了BaFe12O19/SiO2微晶玻璃陶瓷.结果表明,当体系中SiO2的含量为50 mol%,67 mol%,Fe/Ba处于5(1(7(1,热处理温度在1 000℃(1 100℃时可以得到单一BaFe12O19晶相或杂质含量很少的BaFe12O19微晶玻璃陶瓷.利用计算机模式识别技术得到了结果可信的材料合成工艺参数目标优化区,采用模式逆映照对BaFe12O19/SiO2微晶玻璃陶瓷的合成工艺参数进行预报和设计,并通过实验予以验证.BaFe12O19/SiO2 microcrystallite glass ceramics was prepared by citrate sol-gel process; As the content of SiO2 is 50 mol% and 67 mol%, the ratio of Fe/Ba ratio equals to 5:1similar to7:1, annealing temperature ranges from 1 000 degreesCsimilar to1 100 degreesC, the pure BaFe12O19 crystallite or BaFe12O19 with just very little impurity can crystallize out from the system of BaO-Fe2O3-SiO2, The process conditions to prepare BaFe12O19/SiO2 microcrystallite glass ceramics were optimized by computer pattern recognition program and the optimized range was given. The nonlinear inverse mapping was used to predict the effects of various factors on the preparation of BaFe12O19/SiO2 microcrystallite glass ceramics. The predicted results agree well with the experimental ones.
