摘　　要：将Duane模型应用于装备可靠性门限值的确定。介绍了装备可靠性门限值的概念和现行的确定方法,阐述了Duane模型的适用条件和数学形式,分析了其在确定装备可靠性门限值方面的适用性。以军用飞机为例确定了装备的成熟期,在充分考虑影响装备外场可靠性增长因素的基础上,利用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法相结合的方法确定了Duane模型中的增长率。最后利用Duane模型确定了装备可靠性的门限值。The Duane model is applied to determine reliability threshold of materiel. The conception and determination method of reliability threshold of materiel are introduced firstly, then the condition and mathematical formula of a Duane model are expatiated, and the applicability of the Duane model to the determination of reliability threshold of materiel is analyzed. The mature time of military aircraft is determined, the factors which influence the reliability growth are fully considered, and the growth rate of Duane model is got by integrating analytic hierarchy process into fuzzy integrated assessment. At last, the reliability threshold of materiel is determined based on the Duane model.
