家兔呼吸道肥大细胞分布的研究

摘　　要：10只健康家兔,按大小分为两组,即2月龄的和4月龄者各5只,处死后采取鼻粘膜、喉、气管和肺等呼吸道组织标本,固定于Carnoy’s液,用甲苯胺蓝染色,以显示肥大细胞(Mast cell,MC)。结果表明,呼吸道肥大细胞大致上分布于粘膜固有层及粘膜下层结缔组织内。单位面积呼吸道粘膜的肥大细胞数,在鼻腔粘膜显著高于喉、气管和肺(P<0.01)。同时,呼吸道肥大细胞随年龄而增加,4月龄的明显多于2月龄者(P<0.05)。10 rabbit which divided into two group by their age, group Ⅰ were 5 young (2 month old) and group Ⅱ were 5 adult (4 month old), were executed and the Nasal cavity, larynx, trachea and lung of those 10 rabbit were accepted. The tissue samples were fixed in Carnoy's fluid and stained with Toluidine Blue (TB). It is shown that mast cells of respiratory tract were mainly distributed in mucosa and the connective tissues of submucosa in those apparatus. The mast cell numbers per unit area in mucosa of nasal cavity were significant greater than that in larynx, trachea and lung(P<0. 01). The mast cell numbers in respiratory tract increase with age, the differences between that of adult rabbit and of young was signifi-cant(P<0. 05).
