家兔消化器官肥大细胞的定位研究

摘　　要：采用甲苯胺蓝染色法,对5只健康家兔消化器官肥大细胞(Mast cell,MC)进行定位,光镜观察其分布特点。结果表明,健康家兔盲肠、空肠、12指肠、食道以及胃肥大细胞主要分布于粘膜固有层或粘膜下层结缔组织内,而肝脏与胰腺等实质消化器官MC主要分布于被膜或实质细胞间结缔组织内。其中,粘膜MC靠近一些分泌型细胞分布,而结缔组织肥大细胞有围绕血管、神经或腺管分布的趋向。Microscopic observation of rabbit digestive apparatus mast cells (MC) stained by Toluidine blue shows that caecum, jejunum, duodenum, oesophagus and stomach MC distribute mainly in the muco-sa endemism membrane or submucosa connective tissues. Liver and pancreas MC distribute in epicuticle or connective tissue between parenchyma cells. The mucosal mast cells in those are distributed closely to the secretory cells of mucosa and the connective tissue mast cells are incline to distributed around blood vessels, nervus or galandular tubes.
