摘 要:以自制的负载铬酸氢根季铵树脂为氧化剂将糠醇氧化为糠醛,对反应温度、反应时间、溶剂、季铵树脂与糠醇的量比对氧化反应的影响进行研究,并对反应条件进行优化,得到优化条件为:以苯为溶剂,n树脂∶n醇=3.5∶1.0,回流时间为10h。研究结果表明:负载铬酸氢根的季铵树脂可选择性地将糠醇氧化为糠醛,且铬酸氢根季铵树脂可回收重复使用;在最优条件下,糠醛产率达75%。CrO_4H^- quaternary ammonium salt resin was synthesized and used as a selective oxidant for oxidation of furancarbinol to furaldehyde. The effects of the reaction temperature, the reaction time, the solvent and the molar ratio of resin to alcohol on the oxidation of furancarbinol to furaldehyde were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions are obtained as follows: benzene as the solvent, refluxing time for 10 h, the molar ratio of resin to alcohol at 3.5∶1.0. Under the optimal reaction conditions, the productivity is 75%. The results show that the resin is an effectively selective oxidant for oxidation of furancarbinol to furaldehyde.
