摘　　要：通过有效集成WebGIS、GPS定位技术和GSM通信技术 ,构建了基于Internet的车辆监控信息系统 ,设计了基于B/S三层模式的车辆监控信息系统 ,并实现了系统的关键技术 。Through integrating WebGIS, GPS, GSM effectively, this paper develops an Internet-based vehicle monitoring information system. A three-tier system architecture of B/S mode and composed function modules are designed in detail. Then relative key technologies are described. Last, the validity, stability and extensibility is demonstrated through application instance.
