摘　　要：依据“五普”数据和相关资料,文章概述了安徽妇女就业的现状及其问题──如就业层面偏低,区域性的不平等、以及缺少竞争力等。文章最后分析了这些问题的原因并为解决对策提出了看法。Based on the materials and data of“Wupu”,the information and situation about woman's working in Anhui is generalized in this paper,and the main problems of the women today are analyzed.Also,the strategies solving the problems are drew out.
