马尾松实生种子园建园家系遗传值估算与优良家系评选

摘　　要：运用最佳线性模型预测了马尾松实生种子园建园家系和家系内个体的遗传值 ,并评选出一批优良家系和单株 ,作为构建实生种子园的材料。在选择强度为 1时 ,可望获得材积、冠幅、通直度增益分别为 12 .6 %、- 3.7%、1.1% ,在选择强度为 2 .5 1时 ,选择出 4 0个优良单株 ,可望获得材积、冠幅、通直度增益分别为 15 .0 % ,- 4 .1%、2 .3%。同时讨论了马尾松建立实生种子园的可行性与具体建立方法等。Family selection and within-family selection in seedling seed orchard of Masson’s pine (Pinus massoniana Lamb.) were made based on breeding values of families and individuals predicted by BLP (best linear prediction). The gains for volume, crown width and stem straightness were 12.1%, -3.1% and 1.2%, respectively when the selection intensity was 1, while the selection intensity was increased to 2.51, gains for volume, crown width and stem straightness were 15.0%, -4.1% and 2.3%, respectively. The feasibility of establishing seedling seed orchard for Masson’s pine and the relevant techniques were also discussed.
