摘  要:采用了浮游植物和水质理化指标对比分析的方法 ,对大庆市红旗水库 1996~ 2 0 0 0年间的水质状况进行了评价 ,结果表明 :红旗水库的浮游植物共计 5门 39属 ,其中属数最多的是硅藻门 ,共 17属 ,占总属数的 4 3.5 9%。优势属为硅藻门的舟形藻属、羽纹藻属和小环藻属 ,蓝藻门的微囊藻属和绿藻门的盘星藻属等。生物量范围为2 0 .10万~ 393万个 /L ,平均 130 .2 7万个 /L。其中硅藻门生物量最大 ,为 81.72万个 /L ,占总量的 6 2 .73% ;其次是绿藻门 ,生物量为 2 9.18万个 /L ,占总量的 2 2 .4 0 %。属于富营养型藻类较少 ,有 5个属 ,占总生物量的 19.4 0 %。Shannon -Weaver多样性指数变化范围为 1.90~ 3.5 2 ,水质为轻污染到中污染水平。水质综合污染指数为 0 .4 2~ 1.13,水质为尚清洁至中污染水平。水质与浮游植物评价结果一致 ,红旗水库的水质有轻微污染。The water quality of Hongqi Reservoir from 1996 to 2000 was evaluated according to the comparative analyses of phytoplankton and physical and chemical factors. The results show that a total of 5 phyla, 39 genera of phytoplankton were observed, among which the majority are Bacillaroiphyta and green algae. The dominant genera are Navicula, Pinnularia, Cyclotella, Microcystis and Pediastrum. The range of phytoplankton number per liter is from 2.01×105 to 3.93×106, and the average of phytoplankton number per liter is 1.302 7×106. The biomass of Bacillaroiphyta is the highest, accounting for 62.73% of the total, and green algae is the next with 22.40%. The eutrophic type phytoplankton has 5 genera and the biomass accounts for 19.40%. The changing scope of Shannon-Weave index is from 1.90 to 3.52; so the water quality is slight-polluted to medium-polluted. The integrative pollution index is from 0.42 to 1.13, and the water quality is on the level of clean to medium pollute. The evaluation results of phytoplankton and water quality are identical, that is to say, the water quality in Hongqi Reservoir is slightly polluted.
