摘 要:采用介质搅拌磨进行了氢氧化铝的湿式超细粉碎试验,研究了助磨剂品种及用量、矿浆质量分数、介质/物料比、转子转速、研磨时间等对氢氧化铝超细粉碎效果的影响。结果表明,在适宜的工艺条件下,超细粉碎后氢氧化铝的粒度可以达到d50=0.75μm,d97=1.58μm。The wet ultrafine comminution of ATH by agitating grinding mill was studied. The effects of types and dosage of grinding aids, pulp consistency,the ratio of media to material, the rotation speed of the rotor and grinding time on the ultrafine comminution of ATH were discussed. Results showed that the average particle size of ATH after grinding could reach to 0.75μm while 97 percent was less than 1.58μm under certain conditions.
