从竞赛规则角度增强散打比赛观赏性的改革建议

摘　　要：为了进一步增强散打比赛的精彩激烈程度,促进散打运动向更高水平发展,从竞赛规则角度出发,在限制无效抱缠、促进难新动作使用、缩短消极时间、改变团体计分几个方面,提出增强散打比赛观赏性的几点改革建议。For further heightening wonderful degree of Sanda competition and accelerating to develop Sanda to higher level through the rules of competition,it braught forward to some reform proposal for increasing enjoying quality of Sanda competition,including to limit invalid hugging,accelerate the hard fresh action,cut down passively time and revise the group calculations.
