摘　　要：介绍了电液变阻软起动装置在球磨机上的应用 ,改善了电动机起动电流大对电网和设备造成的冲击 ,使起动电流能控制在电动机额定电流的 2 .5倍以内 ,并且在起动过程中由于电液变阻装置的电阻值随电机负荷的增大而均匀减小 ,从而使电机具有平滑的起动性能。This paper introduces the application of soft-start technique with liquid-electrolyticr heostat in ball mill.The strike of large start current of a motor to electric network and equipment was lightened,and the results show that the start current of using liquid-electrolytic rheostat can be controlled within 2.5 times rated current of the motor.The smooth start of the motor can be realized because the resistance of the liquid-electrolytic rheostat is lowered with increasing of motor load.
