摘　　要：介绍以Cr12、Cr12MoV为材质的冷作模锻坯制作的过程 ,并从模具原材料的要求 ,加热与冷却规范、锻造方法等方面 ,阐述在锻造过程中 ,充分击碎Cr12、Cr12MoV钢中碳化物颗粒 ,改善碳化物分布的均匀性、方向性 ,减少偏析 ,提高锻坯质量的工艺措施。This paper introduces the manufacturing processes of forged roughcasts of cold-working dies made of Cr12 or Cr12MoV and according to dies′requirements on raw materials, the standardized processes of heating and cooling, forging methods, etc., explains the technical measures of how, during forging processes, to thoroughly smash the carbide particles in Cr12 or Cr12MoV, so as to improve the distributing parity and orientation of carbides, reduces the distributing disparity of carbides, raises the quality of the forged roughcasts.
