化痰活血方对实验性高脂血症大鼠小而密低密度脂蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的 :采用高脂乳剂建立大鼠实验性高脂血症 (HLP)模型 ,研究化痰活血方对HLP大鼠血浆小而密低密度脂蛋白 (sdLDL)的影响。方法 :使用 2 %～ 16 %非变性聚丙烯酰胺梯度胶电泳法检测血浆中sdLDL水平。结果 :化痰活血方能显著降低高脂大鼠血浆sdLDL (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :化痰活血方能有效地降低高脂大鼠血浆sdLDL ,对动脉粥样硬化的发生发展有防治作用。Objective: To observe the changes of small dense low-density lipoprotein(sd LDL) and blood lipid of experimental hyperlipidemia rats after Huatanhuoxue Fang, a traditional Chinese medicine was used. Methods: The plasma level of sdLDL was examined by 2%~16% non-denaturing polyacrylamide gradient gel electrophoresis. Results: Huatanhuoxue Fang obviously lowered the level of sdLDL(P<0.05). Conclusion: Huatanhuoxue Fang can effectively decrease the plasma level of sdLDL and prevent and cure atherosclerosis.
