摘　　要：利用 Krasnosel'skii算子与合作系统理论 ,研究了保护生态学中提出的一个重要问题 :通过扩散来恢复生存环境较差的斑块中局部种群的持续生存 。By using theorem of Krasnosel'skii fixed point and cooperative system, an important problem arising from conservation biology is studied. Namely, how is the effect of stage structure species through dispersal? Some sufficient conditions, which guarantee the permanence of the species system with stage-structure and global stability of a unique positive periodic solution are obtained.
