摘　　要：通过分析网管系统中性能指标间的关系,提出一种改进型的多指标综合评估的方法.理论分析表明,这种主成分分析方法将多个性能指标简化成一组新的相互无关的综合指标,新构造的综合评估函数可以降低评估中的主观随意性,使评估结果科学合理.实验证明了该方法的有效性.An improved evaluation method was developed based on principal components analysis. The method is implemented through analyzing the relationships of performance data in mobile network management. Theoretical analysis demonstrates that the statistic mathematical method is data reduction technique which transforms original variables to uncorrelated new variables. The evaluation method is a combination of new variables. According to results of verification, the method simplifies complexity than expert evaluation and ensures the estimation accuracy.
