摘　　要：目的研究生附子AconitumcarmichaeliDebx.强心作用的有效成分。方法用水提取,色谱分离纯化,通过各种光谱分析鉴定结构。结果从水溶性部分分得强心作用成分——附子苷,从乙醚提取物中分离鉴定了6种已知的二萜生物碱乌头碱、中乌头碱、尿嘧啶、苯甲酰中乌头原碱、附子灵和次乌头碱。结论附子苷为一新化合物,具有明显的强心作用。Object To isolate and identify the cardiotonic constituents in Aconitum carmichaeli Debx Methods The active constituents were isolated in water soluble part, purified by chromatographic methods, and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data Results A new component, fuzinoside, was obtained from the aqueous extract and identified as glycerol 2 O β D galactofuranosy 1→3 β D galactofuranoside Six compounds: aconitine, mesaconitine, uracil, benzoylmes aconitine, fuziline, and hypaconitine were obtained Conclusion Fuzinoside is a new cardiotonic component from A. carmichaeli
