摘　　要：马克思主义的辩证思维在临床实际工作中具有重要的意义。从心血管手术麻醉的特点出发 ,具体分析了在实施心血管手术麻醉中用到的几种思维方法 。The dialectial thingking of Marxism is very significant in the clinic practice. To analyze several thinking methods in details used in the anaesthesia of cardiovascular surgery from the point of the peculiarity characteristics of the surgery and discusses the feasibility and necessity of these methods.
