摘　　要：最大限度地满足档案用户需求,提高档案利用率,是高校档案事业赖以生存和发展的重要支柱。 文章从档案用户类型及特点、影响因素、研究意义等方面探讨确保档案用户需求的途径和方法,以期促进提高 高校档案管理水平。For the survival and development of the files career in the institutions of higher education, we must meet the needs of users maximally, and increase the rate of use. This article discusses the ways and methods how to promote the management level of files according to the users' types, characteristics, influence factors and research significance.
