瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病30例

摘　　要：目的　探讨瑞格列奈对 2型糖尿病病人血糖及胰岛素分泌的影响。方法　治疗组 3 0例 ,口服二甲双胍0 .5mg ,每日 3次 ,瑞格列奈1mg ,每日 3次 ;对照组 3 0例 ,口服二甲双胍 0 .5mg ,每日 3次 ,疗程均为 2周。结果　治疗组空腹血糖及餐后 2h血糖明显下降 ,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P <0 .0 1) ;胰岛素敏感指数明显提高 ,与对照组比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　瑞格列奈可作为 2型糖尿病病人的辅助治疗药物。Obijective To study the effect of NovoNorm on glucose and insulin secretion in patients with type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus.Methods 30 patients in the treatment group were given each 0.5 of Metformin t.i.d and l mg of NovoNorm t.i.d,while only 0.5 of Metformin t.i.d.were administered to each of 30 cases in the control group.The course lasted for 2 weeks in both groups.Results 2 hours post prandial blood glucose(PBG)in patients of the treatment group were significantly decreased.The differences between these parameters of the two groups are highly significant(P<0.01).Insulin sensityvity indexs were significantly increased.The difference of sensitivity index between the two groups are significant(P<0.05).Conclusion NovoNorm can effectively be used as an auxiliary medicine in the treatment of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus.
