摘　　要：建立了HPLC法测定氨力农及有关物质含量。采用C18柱,流动相为0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(用氨试液调至pH6.1)-甲醇-乙腈(85∶10∶5),检测波长330nm。氨力农在2～20mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),日内和日间RSD分别为0.92%和1.14%,检测限为2ng。A HPLC method for determination of amrinone and its related substances was established. A C18 columnwas used with the mobile phase of 0.01mol/L KH2PO4 solution (pH 6.1, adjusted with ammonia test solution)-methanol-acetonitrile(85∶10∶5)at the detection wavelength of 330nm.The calibration curve was linear in the concentrationrange of 2～20g/ml (r=0.9997), the RSDs of intra- and inter-day were 0.92% and 1.14%, respectively. The detectionlimit was 2ng.
