摘　　要：详细介绍并分析了目前在国际工程纠纷争议中得到广泛应用的DAB争议解决方式具有的独特的DAB协议的法律效力;DAB程序的法律效力;DAB决定的法律效力和DAB决定的执行效力。DAB (Disputer Adjudication Board) on FIDIC contract is a kind of Alternative Dispute Resolution. It has special legal effect, for DAB agreement defines the jurisdiction of DAB, and this proceeding guarantees a just, fair and reasonable dispute resolution. More over, once a resolution has been made in this way, it has legal effect to all the parties, while it cannot be used directly as legal resource of compelling execution, only can it be conducted with the help of International Arbitration. With better knowledge about DAB, can we conduct FIDIC contract more effectively, resolve varies controversies of international project contract more reasonably, and help our countries construction enterprises more competitively.
