摘　　要：在近40年的创作生涯中,海明威塑造了许许多多的"硬汉形象"。尼克·亚当斯是海明威短篇小说集《在我们的时代里》的主人公。通过尼克的成长经历,阐释在尼克身上硬汉精神和硬汉品质特征已具雏形,从而说明尼克是海明威系列硬汉形象第一人。In the writing career of nearly 40 years, Hemingway created many images of dauntless persons. Nick. Adams is the hero of In Our Times of Hemingway's short stories collection. Through Nick. Adams' growing experience, the paper demonstrates that the dauntless spirit and quality was formed on Nick. Adams and proves that Nick. Adams is the first person of dauntless image in Hemingway's novels.
