摘　　要：中澳技术合作河北水及农业管理项目在坝上地区建立了长期的地下水动态监测网络,旨在利用先进的方法对当地水资源利用现状进行客观评估,并对未来的地下水变化情况进行预测,找出目前水资源开发利用中存在的问题,提出解决问题的方法,为政府决策提供科学依据,使有限的水资源得到合理开发和可持续利用。Sino-Australia technology cooperation and agricultural management item built long-term dynamic monitoring system of ground water in altiplanation of Hebei in order to assess the state of using local water resources, and forecast changing complexion of future ground water, find out the problems limited in current development and use of water resources, put forward ways to solve problems at last. It offers scientific guide line for the government's decision-making and accordingly make limited water resources develop and use reasonably.
